Rain suits are also available for rent. ■ When a river swells or floods due to a typhoon or heavy rain. In addition, please note that there is a risk of storms and lightning strikes, and the program may be changed or canceled in situations that the guide deems dangerous. ■ The following people may be refused to apply. ・ Those who are sick ・ Those who are pregnant ・Those with medical disabilities such as heart disease or high blood pressure ・ Those who are drunk ・ Those who cannot cooperate with the work of ensuring the safety of the guide ■ The program is held in a natural river or forest, so it is not a safe place like an amusement park. ■ Please observe the safety talk by the guide at the start of the tour (when using the field and safety precautions). In order to ensure safety, please follow the judgment and instructions of the guide when giving instructions to customers. ■ Depending on the weather and natural conditions on the day, the course, purpose, and content may be changed due to safety judgments. In addition, the course may be changed or canceled due to sudden changes in the weather during the tour, but basically we do not refund the fee after the tour starts.
