＜Points＞
★[Cape Kiritappu] Located at the tip of a land-connected island that was once connected to the opposite coast by sand deposits, you can see the Pacific Ocean as far as the eye can see.
From the cape, you might even be able to see the sea otters that live in the area.
★[Cape Namida Observation Deck] When you visit Cape Nagiwa and Tateiwa, you can remember the love story between the daughter of an amimoto and a young man, which is an old tale. This place is said to have been turned into a rock by the crying figure of a maiden who fell in love with a young man who was swallowed by the stormy sea, and the profile of the maiden carved into the cliff tens of meters high somehow evokes a sense of travel.
